We guarantee the delivery of services as outlined in your selected package (Basic, Advanced, or Fully Managed). If for any reason we are unable to deliver the agreed service, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the stage of the project.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Before Service Commencement: A full refund is available if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and work has not yet begun.

  • After Work Has Started: If significant progress has already been made, a partial refund may be considered based on completed tasks and resources used.

  • Completed Services: Once services have been fully delivered (e.g., journal website setup, ISSN application, DOI registration), refunds are not applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain registrations, ISSN, DOI, or third-party indexing fees are non-refundable once processed.

  • Subscription services such as hosting, plagiarism checks, or software licensing are non-refundable once activated.
