Service Guarantee

We guarantee the delivery of services as outlined in your selected package — Journal Launch, Managed Scholarly Publishing, or Enterprise & Portfolio. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the agreed service, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the stage of the project.

Refund Eligibility

Before service commencement

A full refund is available if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and work has not yet begun.

After work has started

If significant progress has already been made, a partial refund may be considered based on completed tasks and resources used.

Completed services

Once services have been fully delivered — journal website setup, ISSN application, DOI registration — refunds are not applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

Domain registrations, ISSN, DOI, or third-party indexing fees are non-refundable once processed.
Subscription services such as hosting, plagiarism checks, or software licensing are non-refundable once activated.
